A BRILLIANT LIFE - RHS Gold 2014
Papaver orientale ‘Brilliant’
I fell in love with this flower georgous red flower in France while looking for a subject 18 months ago for my series for the RHS London Shades of Autumn Show Oct 2014.
The Oriental poppy is a perennial flowering plant native to the Caucasus, northeastern Turkey, and northern Iran.
I am very pleased say that the poppy series is now in the amazing collection of Dr Shirley Sherwood OBE.
